Dr Briody would like to thank Dr Goldstein for presenting and the attendees for their engagement. He believes this seminar on health economics in precision oncology and the COLOSSUS health economics work at RCSI benefitted greatly from the discourse of this multidisciplinary mix of academia, industry, policy and NGOs. Joined by 95 people from Ireland, the US, the UK, Canada, Spain, and Zimbabwe, this was truly a diverse event, with attendees from organisations such as the University of York, University of Alberta, King’s College London, Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Rutgers School of Public Health, NICE, HIQA, the Office of Health Education, Novartis, Pfizer, GSK, J&J, Lumanity, the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Irish Cancer Society. The speakers are also grateful for the invitation to repeat the event for an audience in New Zealand in the coming weeks.
