EPI

Epigenomics will leverage existing bisulfite, DNA methylation marker and NGS technology to develop an innovative product prototype within WP7. EPI will develop a multi marker NGS assay for relevant DNA-methylation markers identified in COLOSSUS, accompanied by a suitable set of controls/standards, additional markers for total DNA and/or tumour DNA, and an optimized pre-analytic for fast and automatable library preparation.
